Client A

This is client A's portfolio and results of the test I did:

John's blood pressure is not very high which is a bad thing because if you have a blood pressure below 90 you are in danger of becoming ill. If it is below 90 then you can become weak, tired, dizzy and you can even faint. The national average of blood pressure for male's is 100 sys/119 dia.

John's lung function is just around the average lung function which is good because it means that his heart is functioning fine because if he doesn't breathe a lot of times then that can mean he could have lung problems because not being able to breathe can affect your body in a lot of ways so. The national average of breathing is 20-40 breathes.

After finishing with the client I would say what his strengths and weaknesses were when taking the test and how he can improve on them.

His first strength is his body fat percentage because it is below the national average which is around 22 to 25 and also shows that he works out a lot if his body fat is that low.

I could not identify any weaknesses so I cannot explain anything about his weaknesses.

I would say that one of his improvements is to try and keep his body fat percentage above at least 17 because if it goes below that number then he could have serious problems with his body. My advice is to eat food that doesn't have loads of fat because that will make you gain weight.
